摘要目的 研究弱视治疗后的屈光不正性弱视儿童的拥挤现象及与立体视觉的关系.方法 对95例屈光不正性弱视患儿和150例同龄屈光不正非弱视儿童检查其矫正成排视标视力与单视标视力,并用颜氏和Titmus立体图检查法行立体视觉检查.结果 弱视患儿的拥挤现象较屈光不正非弱视儿童明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);弱视组中无拥挤现象患儿平均立体视锐度与有拥挤现象的患儿相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),弱视组与屈光不正组立体视锐度相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),屈光不正组的立体视觉最好.结论 弱视治疗后,无拥挤现象患儿的立体视觉恢复较好,对判断弱视临床治愈及预后有重要参考价值.弱视应早诊断早治疗以利于儿童立体视觉的重建.

abstractsObjective To investigate the crowd phenomena and the relation with the stereopsis in ametropic amblyopic children after treatment.Methods Visual acuity of row and single sign was examined in 95 ametropic amblyopia children and in 150 ametropic children at the same age using Yang's and Titmus stereo test to assess stereo aucity in all children.Results The crowd phenomena in ametropic amblyopic children was more obvious(P ＜0.01).Significant difference existed in the stereo acuity between with and without crowd phenomena in the amblyopic children(P＜0.01).Significant difference existed in stereo acuity between amblyopia group and ametropic group(P ＜0.01).The stereopsis of ametropic group was the best.Conclusions After treatment,the stereopsis of amblyopic children without crowd phenomena is better,which is very important to assess the effect and prognosis in amblyopic treatment.Amblyopia should be diagnosed and cured as soon as possible to improve the stereo acuity.
