摘要目的 回顾性分析6岁以下高度近视儿童口服递法明片12个月,近视进展和眼轴增长的情况.方法 收集2009年1月至2012年1月就诊的6岁以下高度近视患儿10例20只眼,其中男4例,女6例,双眼经阿托品眼膏散瞳后检测等效球镜度数为-4～-6 D的有5只眼,-6～8 D的有5只眼,-8～-10 D的6只眼,-10 D以上的有4只眼,口服使用递法明片前以及使用后6个月以及12月后自身对比分析用药前后阿托品验光度数、配镜度数,使用Zeiss IOL-Master测量眼轴长度、角膜曲率,配合视力检查.结果 使用递法明6个月和12个月较使用前近视屈光度有降低,眼轴有缩短,但差异无统计学意义；用药前后自身比较高度近视弱视矫正视力提高在12个月时差异有统计学意义.结论 长期服用递法明对高度近视幼儿可明显抑制眼轴增长以及近视的进展,并有效矫正高度近视弱视,提高该类弱视的治疗效果.

abstractsObjective To analyze the myopia progression and axial length growth in high myopic children above the age of 6 after oral delivery anthocyanoside for 12 months.Methods Retrospective collection for January 2009 January 2012 in our hospital under the age of 6,10 cases (20 eyes) were included,4 males and 6 females,eyes dilated by atropine eye ointment,there were 5 eyes of spherical equivalent degree-4D-6D,5 eyes of-6D-8D,and 6 eyes of-8D-10D,4 eyes with more than-10D.The optometry degree,axial length,comeal curvature which measured by the Zeiss IOL-Master 6 were self-comparative analyzed after oral delivery anthocyanoside before and after 6 to 12 months.Results The speed of progression of myopia was found slowed down after orally delivery anthocyanoside.The axial growth was slow,more over the axial shortening phenomenon in the high myopia eye were found,but with no significant statistically differences.Amblyopia correction significantly improved after delivery anthocyanoside for 12 months.Conclusions The resuits show that oral delivery anthocyanoside of long-term in children with high myopia can be significantly reduced axial growth and inhibit the myopia progress.It's a usefully way to treat the amblyopia with high myopia patients.
