双目望远镜在学龄儿童低视力康复中应用
Application of binocular telescope in low vision rehabilitation for school-age children
摘要目的 探讨双目望远镜助视器在视力残疾学龄儿童低视力康复中的生活质量变化.方法 对2008年9月至2011年12月在河南省立眼科医院就诊的93例低视力及盲患儿验配2.8倍双目望远镜的资料,分析视力改善情况,了解脱残率、脱盲率.在低视力康复前和康复后3~6个月分别接受了“中文版低视力者生活质量量表”(CLVQOL)评估,选取量表A维度分析.结果 使用双目望远镜后视力均得到明显改善,与使用之前视力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).77例低视力患儿有63例视力达到0.3以上,脱残率达到81.82%,其中48例(62.34%)视力提高到0.5以上;16例眼盲患者有7例提高到0.05以上,脱盲率43.75%.经过助视器康复后CLVQOL A维度项目夜间在家中用眼时、在户外走动时、在有车辆时过街等3项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余9项及总分评分明显高于康复前,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 双目望远镜能有效提高视力残疾学龄儿童远视力水平,改善涉及远视力、光感等方面的行为质量,能有效提高患儿的生活质量.但在运动状态下及夜间用眼方面无明显改善.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the application value of binocular telescope in low vision rehabilitation for school-age children and explore the change of quality of life before and after low-vision rehabilitation.Methods Ninety-three school-age children of low vision or blindness prescribed with 2.8×binocular telescope were recruited for the study.The percentage of cases with distance vision ≥0.05 and 0.3 in telescope was analyzed.The Chinese-version low vision quality of life questionnaire (CLVQOL) was used to evaluate the quality of life before and after low vision rehabilitation.Scale A with 12 items of CLVQOL was analyzed in the study.Results The distance vision were all significantly improved by wearing telescope (P <0.05).81.82% low vision subjects' distance vision was increased to 0.3 and 62.33% to 0.5.56.25% blind subjects' distance vision was increased to 0.3.The scores of 9 items of scale A increased significantly after rehabilitation (P <0.01)in both low-vision and blind children while the other 3 items including with your vision at night inside the house,getting around outdoors and crossing a road with traffic with no differences (P >0.05).Conclusions The 2.8× binocular telescope can effectively increase the distance vision of visual disability school-age children.It can help to improve the quality of behavior related to distance vision and lighting and significantly improve the quality of life.
