摘要目的 探讨眼B超、超生生物显微镜(UBM)、光学相干断层扫描(OCT)对Vogt-小柳-原田病(Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada,VKH)疗效评价的意义.方法 对2007年1月至2012年12月在无锡人民医院眼科治疗和随访的21例VKH患者的资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均予以糖皮质激素治疗,在治疗前和治疗后不同的时间点进行眼B超、UBM、OCT检查,对检测结果进行对比分析.结果 所有患者经过系统治疗后,炎症均得到了控制,患眼视力明显提高.治疗后,B超示玻璃体混浊和脉络膜增厚减轻至正常,UBM示前房点状回声、睫状体脱离、睫状体水肿减轻,OCT示视网膜神经上皮、色素上皮脱离逐渐平复,视盘水肿消失.结论 眼B超、UBM、OCT可作为眼底血管造影的有效补充,为VKH的病情追踪、疗效评价和指导用药提供客观依据,对其疗效评价具有重要意义.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical valve of B-ultrasonography,ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM),optical coherence tomography (OCT) for the treatment of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH).Methods A total of 21 patients diagnonised of VKH were treated with corticosteroids.They were examined by B-ultrasonography,UBM,OCT before and after treatment.Results The disease was controlled in all patients,the visual was obviously improved.After treatment,vitreous body opacity and ehoroids thick decreased in B-ultrasonography,echogenic dots in anterior chamber ciliary body,detachment disappeared and ciliary body edema improved in UBM.The neurosensory retinal detachment with/without pigment epithelium detachment in all the patients disappeared in OCT.Conclusions B-ultrasonography,UBM and OCT can be effective supplementary inspections for VKH and are significant for therapeutic evaluation of VKH.They can offer objective evidence for the track of disease,therapeutic evaluation and medication guidance.
