糖尿病性视网膜病变视网膜内微循环异常眼底荧光血管造影分布特征
Distribution of intraretinal microvascular abnormalities in diabetic retinopathy
摘要目的 通过观察不同时期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)的临床表现,分析视网膜内微循环异常(IRMA)的分布特点.方法 临床病例自身对照研究.对2009年4月至2012年8月在内蒙古民族大学附属医院眼科收集整理170例DR患者(326只眼)FFA资料,采用象限分区法和距视盘DD数分区法,分别对DR患眼的IRMA分布情况进行统计,找出其分布规律和最易发生部位.结果 170例(326只眼)DR患者FFA中,IRMA共64只眼,占总眼数的19.63% (64/326).其中单纯的IRMA共11只眼,占IRMA的17.18% (11/64);IRMA合并小片状NP(NP长径<1/3DD)共32只眼,占IRMA的50% (32/64);IRMA合并小片状NP同时出现NVE共21只眼,占IRMA的32.81% (21/64).各组按象限分区法统计:IRMA在视网膜鼻侧发生率最高,下方和上方次之,颞侧最少;按距视盘DD数分区法统计:IRMA在中周部发生率最高,后极部次之,周边部最少;而且各组间比较差异均具统计学意义.结论 视网膜鼻侧象限及中周部是IRMA最易发生的部位.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the distribution of intraretinal microcirculation abnormalities (IRMA) by analyzing the FFA data of patients with DR.Methods The FFA data of 170 patients (326 eyes) with DR were analyzed by two ways according to retinal quadrant and the distance away from the optic disc.Results In 170 patients (326 eyes),64 eyes had IRMA,the occurrences of IRMA were 19.63% (64/326).According to retinal quadrant the highest incidence of IRMA was in nasal and the lowest was in temporal retina and according to distance away from the optic disc the highest incidence of IRMA was in midperipheral and the lowest was in central retina.Conclusions IRMA is usually occurred at the nasal retina and the midperipheml retina.
