摘要目的 探讨一种能替代义眼台的方法及其临床效果.方法 回顾性研究2011年5月至2014年5月在邱县中心医院治疗的行眼球内容物刮除患者26例26只眼(26例患者均拒绝植入义眼台),术中将眼内容物及色素刮除干净,剪断视神经.翻转巩膜壁,2％碘酒烧灼,生理盐水冲洗干净,将巩膜壁叠压,5-0丝线间断缝合巩膜切口,潜行分离上、下方结膜筋膜组织达穹窿部,并将上方结膜筋膜组织牵拉,和下方结膜筋膜组织分层缝合,将筋膜固定于睑裂水平中央部位的浅层巩膜上.术后1个月订做并佩戴义眼,随访6月至3年.结果 26例26只患眼眼眶区饱满,睑裂高度双眼基本对称,义眼活动度良好,接近正常眼的运动水平.结论 改良式结膜筋膜覆盖联合眼球内容物刮除并视神经断离术,患者痛苦小,花钱少,无并发症,值得在基层医院推广使用.

abstractsObjective To explore a new way to replace the orbital implant and observe its clinical effect.Methods Twenty-six cases (26 eyes) of inpatients those were treated in Qiu county central hospital underwent evisceration and refuse to use orbital implantation were collected from May 2011 to May 2014.During operation,the eye content and pigment were removed thoroughly,after cut off the optic nerve,the scleral wall was turn over,2％ iodine cauterize the scleral wall and washed by physiological saline,then overlying the scleral wall,5-0 silk thread interrupt sutured the scleral wall.Underlying detachment the superior and inferior tendon capsule tissue till fomix,pull the tissue,suture the superior and inferior tissue together,fixed the tendon capsule to lower layer scleral wall in the level of lid fissure,ocular prosthesis were ordered through individuation 1 month after operation,the follow up period ranged from 6 months to 3 years.Results All patients' eye socket was well-stacked,the palpebral fissure height was symmetry,the false eyes moved well,all eye socket sunken were modified,the appearance improved markedly.Conclusions Modified tendon capsule cover combine with evisceration and cut off the optic is a less pain,cost less operation.It has no complications,and is economic and worthy of generalization used in primary hospitals.
