摘要目的 观察青光眼滤过术后并发白内障患者行微小透明角膜切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效及安全性.方法 对2010年7月至2014年1月在荆洲市中心医院眼科就诊的56例抗青光眼滤过术后发生白内障的患者行微小透明角膜切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,观察术后视力、眼压、术中术后并发症以及手术对结膜滤过泡的影响.结果 术后1周绝大部分患者视力较术前有所提高,术后6个月时,平均眼压为(15.8±3.9) mmHg,与术前差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).术后主要并发症为角膜水肿与前房反应,功能性滤过泡无明显瘢痕化.结论 微小透明角膜切口超声乳化手术是青光眼滤过术后白内障患者安全有效的治疗方法,可以提高视力,同时对眼压无特殊影响.

abstractsObjective To investigate the surgical effectiveness and safety of microincision phacoemulsification for cataract in.glaucomatous eyes after filtering surgery.Methods Fifty-six patients (72 eyes) were performed microincision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation following glaucoma filtering surgery.The clinical data included visual acuity,IOP,the complications and the change of filtering bleb were retrospectively collected and analyzed.Results One week after the operation,the visual acuity of the majority improved in different degrees.The average IOP was (15.8±3.9) mmHg at 6 months after operation and there was no statistical difference compared the preoperative IOP.Corneal edema and the inflammatory reaction in anterior chamber were the main complications.There was no change in functionality filtering bleb.Conclusions The microincision phacoemulsification is an effective and safe way to treat cataract in glaucomatous eyes after filtering surgery,which can improve the vision and maintain the normal IOP.
