摘要目的 研究白内障超声乳化患者术前及术后干眼的状况.方法 收集宝山中西医结合医院2013年1月到2014年6月参加白内障视觉质量管理的348例患者(421只眼),观察患者白内障术前及术后1周、1个月、3个月的基础泪液分泌实验(S1T)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、荧光素染色(FL)染色评分,采用SAS6.12统计软件比较患者白内障手术前后的干眼情况.结果 术前34.5％的白内障患者存在干眼,术后1周患者BUT及Slt均较前明显减少(P＜0.05),FL染色较术前增加(P＜0.05);术后1个月患者BUT及S1t较术前明显减少(P＜0.05),术后1个月的FL染色接近术前水平(P＞0.05);术后3个月患者BUT、S1t及FL染色接近术前水平(P＞0.05).结论 超声乳化白内障手术对眼表有影响,术前应重视患者眼表状态,给予术前评估及术后干预.

abstractsObjective To study dry eye conditions on patients before and after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 348 patients (421 eyes) collected from January 1st 2013 to Jun 30th 2014 in our hospital who attended the cataract visual quality management project were included in the study.The eyes were observed for tear break up time (BUT),Schirmer' s I test (S1T),corneal fluorescein staining scores (FL) preoperative and postoperative 1 week,1 month,3 months.The resuits were analyzed by SAS6.12 statistical software.Results The prevalence of dry eye in patients before phacoemulsification was 34.5％,corneal fluorescein staining was more concentrated at 1 week postoperatively (P ＜0.05),and BUT and S1T results were lower at 1 week and 1 month (P ＜0.05).No significant changes in FL were found in 1 month.And no significant changes in BUT and S1T,FL were found between preoperatively at 3 months postoperatively (P ＞0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification does effect on the ocular surface.We should pay attention to ocular surface condition on patients before operation and give the preoperative evaluation and postoperative intervention.
