摘要目的 回顾性分析一组儿童间歇性外斜视病人的手术疗效,分析计算机辅助儿童斜视客观定量诊断技术在间歇性外斜视诊治中的应用价值,研究儿童间歇性外斜视病人不同年龄段手术的效果.方法 回顾性系列病例研究.对2011年9月至2014年12月在广州妇女儿童医疗中心就诊的50例1～7岁的间歇性外斜视患儿,运用“计算机辅助儿童斜视客观定量诊断技术”进行斜视角度测量.在此基础上进行手术治疗.通过比对临床资料与随访信息,分析术后不同时期各年龄组间的正位率,及术后半年及1年双眼视功能的获得比率有无差异.结果 不同年龄组间之间、术后不同时期正位率无显著差异.将4～7岁患儿按年龄分为4组,各组间术后1年融合功能的获得比率有差异,4岁组的获得比率最高差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且随年龄增长存在显著下降趋势(P＜0.01).结论 “计算机辅助儿童斜视客观定量诊断技术”,对婴幼儿间歇性外斜视病人,也可以获得斜视度数.儿童间歇性外斜视在获得准确的斜视角的基础上,婴幼儿期的间歇性斜视手术可以获得与大龄儿童一样的正位率.儿童间歇性外斜视病人,越早手术获得双眼同时视功能和融合功能的机会越大.

abstractsObjective To retrospectively analyze the outcome of surgery in a group of children with intermittent exotropia,analysis the application value of "computer-aided method for strabismus measurement" for intermittent strabismus diagnosis,and study the outcome of surgery in children with intermittent exotropia from different ages.Methods For 50 cases of 1-7 years children with intermittent exotropia,"computer-aided method for strabismus measurement" was used for the strabismus angle measurement,and carry out surgical treatment on this basis.Positive rate analysis on basis of the clinical data and follow-up information after different periods between different age groups were compared,and the binocular visual function obtained rates half or one year postoperative.Results Positive rate showed no significant difference among different periods after operation and different age groups.Divided 4-7 years old children into 4 groups by age,the obtained rates of fusion function between groups was different after one year (P ＜0.05),and the obtained ratio in the 4 year old group was the highest.With the increase of age,the ratio showed significant downward trend (P ＜0.01).Conclusions "Computer-aided method for strabismus measurement" for infants and young children with intermittent exotropia can measure strabismus angle.On the basis of children with intermittent exotropia having measured accurate angle,intermittent strabismus surgery of infant period can obtain positive rate as well as the older children.For children with intermittent exotropia,the earlier they carry out operation,the greater the chance they can obtain binocular simultaneous vision and fusion function.
