摘要目的 观察复方樟柳碱注射液和维生素B12注射液联合应用对长期服用二甲双胍的2型糖尿病视神经病变患者的临床效果.方法 选取2015年1～12月来郑州市第二医院进行治疗的长期服用二甲双胍的2型糖尿病视神经病变患者(186例)为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(93例)和观察组(93例),测定患者血清维生素B12水平.在服用二甲双胍控制血糖的基础上,对照组使用复方樟柳碱注射液2 ml颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,观察组给予复方樟柳碱注射液2 ml和维生素B12注射液0.2 ml混合液患眼颞浅动脉旁皮下注射.两组均一天一次,14 d为一个疗程,治疗3个疗程.比较对照组和观察组对患者视力、视野和视网膜神经纤维层厚度的改善情况,并观察复方樟柳碱联合维生素B12治疗糖尿病视神经病变的安全性.结果 对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为56％和78.6％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),未见不良反应发生.结论 复方樟柳碱联合维生素B12对长期服用二甲双胍糖尿病视神经病变患者较单纯复方樟柳碱的疗效显著.

abstractsObjective To investigate clinical results of compound anisodine combined with vitamin B12 for type 2 diabetes optic neuropathy patients with long-term use of metformin.Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,186 cases of type 2 diabetes optic neuropathy with long-term use of metformin admitted to the outpatients in our hospital for the clinical study and were randomly divided into control group (93 cases) and observation group (93 cases),serum vitamin B12 levels were determined.On the basis of taking metformin for controlling blood glucose,the control group was treated with the compound anisodine 2ml subcutaneous injection beside the affected side arteriae temporalis superficialis and the observation group was treated with the mixture of the compound anisodine 2ml and vitamin B12 0.2ml subcutaneous injection beside the affected side arteriae temporalis superficialis.The both groups were once a day and the period of treatment were three courses (two weeks for one course).After three courses of treatment,visual acuity,field of vision and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness changes of two groups were compared and the security of the compound anisodine combined with vitamin B12 for diabetes optic neuropathy were observed.Results After treatment,total effective rate of the control group and observation group were 56％ and 78.6％ respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).During treatment,it showed no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions The clinical results of compound anisodine combined with vitamin B12 are more significant than the compound anisodine only for type 2 diabetes optic neuropathy patients with long-term use of metformin.
