摘要目的 分析近五年春节期间烟花爆竹眼外伤患者的临床特征及影响因素.方法 收集2013～2017年春节期间在重庆医科大学附属永州医院收治的65例烟花爆竹眼部爆炸伤患者临床资料,分别总结伤者性别、年龄、地域、病程、外伤类型、诊断及治疗效果临床特点,并分析其可能的影响因素.结果 65例患者中,男女比例为7.13∶1,平均年龄(41.71±15.71)岁,多发生在41-65岁,各年龄段男性均多于女性.6h内就诊者40例,城镇患者较农村患者多能及时就诊,在病程上差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).各年受伤者在假日期间较非假日期间明显增多,眼外伤类型以闭合性损伤最多见,占93.85％,开放性眼外伤占6.15％.爆炸伤最易导致前房积血,占83.08％.各种眼外伤保守治疗占44.62％,其余需手术治疗.出院时盲和低视力眼较入院时减少,人出院时视力等级比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 春节期间烟花爆竹相关眼外伤多发于农村地区和青中年男性,多需及时手术干预,严重威胁患者视力和视功能.

abstractsObjective To analyze the clinical features of firework-related eye injuries during the spring Festival for the past five years.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with explosive bursts of fireworks were collected from 2013 to 2017 during the Spring Festival in China.The clinical features of sex,age,area,course of disease,trauma type,diagnosis and treatment were summarized and analyzed Possible influencing factors.Results Among the 65 cases,the ratio of male to female was 7.13:1,the average age was 41.71 ± 15.71 years old,occurred in 41-65 years old,men were higher than women with all ages.There were 40 cases in the hospital within 6 hours.Urban patients are more timely than rural patients,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.01).Closed globe injuries was the most common type of injury,accounting for 93.85％ (61/65),open globe injuries accounted for 6.15％ (4/65),all kinds of ocular trauma types were found,only conservative treatment were 29 cases,the remaining cases need surgery.At the time of discharge,the blindness and low visual acuity were less than that in the hospital,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.01).Conclusions During the Spring Festival,the firework-related eye injuries occurred much more in rural areas and young middle-aged men,and more timely surgical intervention should be made.It is a serious threat to patients' vision and visual function.
