格子状角膜营养不良患者角膜神经侵噬现象的初步研究
A preliminary study on corneal nerve invasion phenomenon in patients with Lattice corneal dystrophy
摘要目的:采用角膜激光共焦显微镜研究分析格子状角膜营养不良(LCD)患者的角膜神经侵噬现象。方法:对16例(30只眼)LCD患者,采用角膜激光共焦显微镜进行角膜连续的扫描检测,观察分析检查情况。结果:随着观察时间的延长,LCD患者的正常角膜基质神经(0级神经)逐渐减少,I级及II级受累神经(淀粉样物包裹的神经纤维)逐渐增多,提示LCD患者角膜神经侵噬情况(淀粉样沉积物)是随着时间延长而逐渐加重的。结论:格子状角膜营养不良患者角膜病变存在着嗜神经现象,随着病变的加重而逐渐加重,该病变能从侧面反映角膜神经分布情况。利用角膜激光共焦显微镜对LCD患者进行连续的观察,能够很好的了解该病变的发展情况。

abstractsObjective:To analyze and study the corneal nerve invasion phenomenon in patients with Lattice corneal dystrophy by confocal laser scanning microscopy.Method:A total of 16 patients (30 eyes) with Lattice corneal dystrophy were examined by confocal laser scanning microscopy continuously. The data were observed and analyzed.Result:After analysis, the normal corneal stromal nerve (Grade 0) of LCD patients gradually decreased with the prolongation of observation time. The grade I and II nerve involved (amyloid-wrapped nerve fibers) gradually increased correspondingly. That suggested that the corneal nerve invasion (amyloid deposits) in patients with LCD were gradually increasing with time.Conclusion:The presence of neurotropic phenomena in corneal lesions in patients with LCD, which gradually increases with the severity of the lesion, can also reflect the distribution of corneal nerves from some degree. The use of CLSM for continuous observation of LCD patients, can be a good understanding of the development of the disease.
