换一批摘要手术是胃癌综合治疗的重要措施.我国的胃癌患者就诊时多数已属于进展期,故推广实施规范化胃癌D2根治术意义重大.淋巴结清扫是D2胃癌根治术的核心和难点.本文重点探讨清扫No.4Sb、No.5、No.6、No.8a和No.9、No.10、No.11、No.12a、No.14和No.15组淋巴结的技术要点及其实施.
