摘要食管癌的治疗以外科切除为主。术前化放疗是否能改善手术的远期疗效仍存争议，其原因在于术前治疗只对那些对治疗有反应者起到改善疗效的作用，而对那些对治疗无反应者则并不能改善远期生存。因此，寻找预测对术前治疗反应良好的分子指标是目前研究的热点。本文就预测食管癌术前化放疗敏感性分子的研究进展作一综述，以期为临床提供参考。

abstractsSurgery is still the major treatment for esophageal cancer. It remains controversial, whether induction radiochemotherapy before resection can improve long-term survival for esophageal cancer patients. Researches have found that preoperative treatment only increases survival rates for patients who respond to induction therapy, but not for non-responders. Therefore, to identify the predictive biomarkers for induction therapy draw much attention. Although still far from satisfactory results, some have been obtained. Here, we summarize the potential biomarker candidates for reference.
