摘要远程手术是利用通信技术和机器人系统实施异地手术的一种新兴方式。近年来，随着通信技术和国产机器人手术系统的研发与提升，国内远程手术快速发展，相继在泌尿外科、肝胆外科及骨科等领域得到应用，但在胃肠外科领域报道较少。笔者结合前期开展的北京和三亚两地之间的远程胃肠外科手术实践，对远程手术在胃肠外科领域的应用现状和发展前景做一梳理和阐述。

abstractsTelesurgery is a novel way to implement long-distance surgery by using communication technology and robotic system. In recent years, with the development and improvement of communication technology and domestic robotic surgery systems, telesurgery has developed rapidly in China, and has been applied in urology, hepatobiliary surgery, orthopedics and other fields. However, there are few reports in the field of gastrointestinal surgery. Based on the previous practice of remote gastrointestinal surgery between Beijing and Sanya, we review and elaborate on the application status and development prospects of telesurgery in the field of gastrointestinal surgery.
