摘要篇首： Background:Currently used regular dual channel endoscope was designed only for intralumenal Use inside the GI tract.Recently developed M-scope endoscope(GIF一2TQ260M,Olympus Optical LTD,Tokyo,Japan)has advantage of multibending option of its distal tip,which may be very useful for Natural Orifice Translumenal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) procedures inside the peritoneal cavity.
