摘要目的 探讨低层次娱乐场所女性性工作者对艾滋病行为干预工作抵抗的心理因素及干预的效果.方法 采用匿名自填式问卷调查方法,调查低层次娱乐场所女性性工作者抵抗艾滋病行为干预工作的原因和干预的效果.结果 被调查者小学以下(包括小学)文化程度者占67.23%;首次即接受宣教、同意采取血样检测者占8.82%;"认为自己具备足够的艾滋病预防知识并且已经采取了相应的措施,不可能感染艾滋病,没必要再听宣教和采取血样检测"者占首次不完全接受行为干预者的1.38%.干预前后艾滋病知识知晓率和安全套使用情况对比差异有显著性.结论 该目标人群文化程度低,对艾滋病行为干预的原因抵抗极少数是因为"自认为不需要",多数是因为其他一些社会性因素.

abstractsObjective To analysis the psychological factor of low comply degree of female sex worker serving in vulgar entertainmen place in behavioral intervention of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Methods Study was conducted in female sex worker serving in vulgar entertainmen place with self-administered anonymous questionnaire to collect their demographic information, the reason of low comply degree in behavioral intervention of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, and the effect of the behavioral intervention. Results The rate of sequentiae elementary school (including elementary school) was 67.23%;and accept propaganda and blood test in first time was 8.82%;and deem herself had enough knowledge to prevent acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, no necessary to study and test blood was 1.38%.There was significant difference between before and after behavioral intervention in the realize of acquired immune deficiency syndrome and the condition of condom using. Conclusion The education degree of these target population is low,and the reason of resist in behavioral intervention of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome very few is "don't need",most is some social factors.
