摘要目的 探讨大学生核心自我评价、应对方式和学习投入的关系.方法 采用核心自我评价量表、应对方式量表和学习投入量表对250名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 大学生核心自我评价、应对方式和学习投入都显著正相关(r=0.179～0.586,P＜0.05)；核心自我评价通过应对方式间接影响动机,核心自我评价对精力和专注有直接影响,也可以通过应对方式间接影响精力和专注.结论 在核心自我评价影响动机的过程中应对方式有完全中介作用,在核心自我评价影响精力和专注的过程中有部分中介作用.

abstractsObjective To explore the relationship between the core self-evaluations,copying style and learning engagement of college students.Methods 250 college students were asked to complete the core self-evaluations scale,copying style scale and learning engagement scale.Results Bivariate correlations results indicated that there was significantly positive correlation between the core self-evaluations,copying style and learning engagement in college students( r=0.179 ～ 0.586,P＜ 0.05 ) ; core self-evaluations affected motivation indirectly by the copying style; core self-evaluations had a direct influence on vigor and absorption; core self-evaluations had a indirect influence on vigor and absorption.Conclusion Copying style was a full mediator of the relationship of the core self-evaluations and motivation,but copying style partially mediated the relationship of the core self-evaluations and vigor and absorption.
