生物反馈放松训练对抗模拟飞行认知疲劳的作用
Effect of biofeedback relaxation on simulative flight cognitive fatigue at high altitude
摘要目的 在海拔3780 m高原环境,研究生物反馈放松训练对抗模拟飞行造成的认知疲劳作用.方法 12名健康男性受试者在进驻海拔3780 m 50 d后参与试验,接受多重任务和基本认知能力测试.采用被试内试验设计,首先进行90 min连续的模拟飞行操作诱发脑力疲劳状态,在第一种试验条件下,受试休息15 min,再进行认知能力测试;在第二种试验条件下,受试进行15 min生物反馈放松训练,再进行认知能力测试.比较两种条件下认知能力的差异.结果 受试在试验二中多重任务操作、选择反应时、记忆扫描成绩[分别为(73.28±16.29)分,(0.54±0.11)s,(0.50±0.12)s]好于试验一[分别为(68.66±13.14)分,(0.60±0.13)s,(0.63±0.17)s],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在海拔3780 m高原低氧环境,生物反馈放松训练能够有效缓解由于模拟飞行认知疲劳造成的认知能力降低,可以作为作业能力维护的保障手段.

abstractsObjective To study on the improvement of cognitive performance in mental fatigue state through biofeedback relaxation at 3780m altitude.Methods Experiments were conducted in 12 male testees who have stayed at 3780 m altitude for 50 d.Mental fatigue state was induced by 90 min successional simulative flight.Then in experiment 1,cognitive performance including multi-task performance,memory scanning,visual reaction time,visual choice reaction time and target tracting were tested after 15min rest.In experiment 2,cognitive performance were tested after 15min biofeedback relaxation.Results In experiment 2,cognitive performance including multi-task performance,visual choice reaction time and memory scanning ((73.28 ± 16.29) scores,(0.54 ± 0.11) s,(0.50 ± 0.12) s,respectively) were significantly better than those in experiment 1 ((68.66 ± 13.14) scores,(0.60 ± 0.13) s,(0.63 ± 0.17) s,respectively) (P < 0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback relaxation can improve cognitive performance in mental fatigue state at 3780m altitude.
