摘要目的:探讨短视频过度使用行为对大学生抑郁的影响以及自我概念清晰性和生命意义感的中介作用。方法:2023年3月至4月，采用短视频过度使用行为量表、自我概念清晰性量表、生命意义感问卷和流调中心用抑郁量表对1 111名大学生进行了测试。采用SPSS 25.0进行描述性统计和相关分析及共同方法偏差检验，采用Amos 26.0进行结构方程建模，Bootstrap法进行中介效应检验。结果:(1)短视频过度使用行为[(19.63±5.92)分]与抑郁[(13.11±9.60)分]呈正相关( r＝0.23, P<0.01)，自我概念清晰性[(37.02±6.73)分]、拥有意义感[(23.57±5.46)分]分别与抑郁显著负相关( r＝－0.42，－0.43， P<0.01)。(2)短视频过度使用行为可以直接正向预测抑郁(效应值为0.07，95% CI＝0.01～0.14)，自我概念清晰性和拥有意义感分别在短视频过度使用行为与抑郁之间发挥中介作用(效应值为0.11，95% CI＝0.08～0.14)(效应值为0.02，95% CI＝0.01～0.04)，自我概念清晰性和拥有意义感在短视频过度使用行为与抑郁之间发挥链式中介作用(效应值为0.04，95% CI＝0.03～0.06)。 结论:短视频过度使用行为可以增加大学生抑郁发生的风险，自我概念清晰性与拥有意义感在短视频过度使用行为的作用下也会对抑郁产生影响。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the role of self-concept clarity and meaning in life between the short video overuse behavior and depression among college students.Methods:Totally 1 111 college students were surveyed by the short video overuse behavior scale, self-concept clarity scale, meaning in life questionnaire, and the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale. SPSS 25.0 and Amos 26.0 softwares were used for descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, mediating effect test by Bootstrap method, and structural equation model conduction.Results:(1) Correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between short video overuse behavior(19.63±5.92) and depression (13.11±9.60)( r=0.23, P<0.01), while both of self-concept clarity(37.02±6.73) and presence of meaning(23.57±5.46) significantly negatively correlated with depression ( r=-0.42, -0.43, P<0.01). (2) Short video overuse behavior can directly significantly positively predict depression (effect value=0.07, 95% CI=0.01-0.14), Self-concept clarity and presence of meaning both significantly played a mediating role between short video overuse behavior and depression (effect value=0.11, 95% CI=0.08-0.14) (effect value=0.02, 95% CI=0.01-0.04), self-concept clarity and presence of meaning also played a chain mediating role between short video overuse behavior and depression (effect value=0.04, 95% CI=0.03-0.06). Conclusion:Short video overuse behavior can increase the risk of depression among college students, self-concept clarity and presence of meaning can also have an impact on depression under the influence of short video overuse behavior.
