遭受欺凌对青少年问题性网络使用的影响:抑郁情绪的中介作用
The impact of bullying on problematic internet use among adolescents: the mediating effect of depression
摘要目的:探索遭受欺凌与青少年问题性网络使用的关系,以及抑郁情绪在两者之间的中介作用。方法:2022年12月15日至2023年5月26日在厦门地区对4 732名12~18岁青少年的心理健康状况和健康危险行为进行横断面调查,应用美国青少年危险行为监测系统中与欺凌有关的2个条目对遭受欺凌情况进行调查,分别使用患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)和问题及风险的网络使用筛查量表(PRIUSS-3)对抑郁情绪和问题性网络使用进行评估。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行相关分析,应用Mplus 8.3软件进行中介作用分析。结果:遭受欺凌组PHQ-9得分[9(5,16)分],PRIUSS-3得分[5(1,7)分]高于未遭受欺凌组[PHQ-9:4(1,9)分;PRIUSS-3:3(0,5)分](均 P<0.01)。遭受欺凌与抑郁( r=0.22, P<0.01)、问题性网络使用( r=0.17, P<0.01)呈正相关,抑郁与问题性网络使用呈正相关( r=0.55, P<0.01)。路径分析及中介效应分析结果显示,青少年群体遭受欺凌对问题性网络使用的总效应值为0.119(95% CI=0.084~0.155),直接效应值和间接效应值分别为0.044(95% CI=0.011~0.077)和0.075(95% CI=0.058~ 0.094),分别占总效应的37.0%和63.0%。 结论:遭受欺凌能够导致抑郁情绪,进而增加青少年问题性网络使用的风险。

abstractsObjective:To explore the relationship between bullying and problematic internet use among adolescents, and the mediating effect of depression on this relationship.Methods:A total of 4 732 individuals aged from 12 to 18 years in Xiamen city were invited to participate in an online mental health and risky behavior cross-sectional survey from December 15, 2022 to May 26, 2023. Bullying was assessed by using two items from youth risk behavior surveillance system (YRBSS), depressive symptoms and problematic internet use were assessed by 9-item patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) and 3-item problematic and risky internet use screening scale (PRIUSS-3). SPSS 23.0 and Mplus 8.3 software were used to conduct correlation analysis and mediation analysis, respectively.Results:The scores of the PHQ-9 and PRIUSS-3 in the bullying group were 9 (5, 16) and 5 (1, 7), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the non-bullying group ( PHQ-9: 4 (1, 9), PRIUSS-3: 3 (0, 5), both P<0.01). Furthermore, bullying was positively correlated with depression ( r=0.22, P<0.01) and problematic internet use ( r=0.17, P<0.01), and depression were also positively correlated with problematic internet use ( r=0.55, P<0.01). Path and mediation analysis indicated that the total effect of bullying on problematic internet use was 0.119 (95% CI=0.084-0.155), and the direct and indirect effects of bullying on problematic internet use through depression were 0.044 (95% CI=0.011-0.077) and 0.075 (95% CI=0.058-0.094), accounting for 37.0% and 63.0% of the total effect, respectively. Conclusion:Bullying may contribute to the development of depression in adolescents, and increase the risk of problematic internet use.
