Characteristics of attentional bias towards food cues in female college students with subthreshold binge eating disorder

摘要目的:探究阈下暴食障碍女大学生对食物线索的注意偏向特征及其动态变化,为早期筛查与干预提供依据。方法:采用随机对照试验,2025年3月,纳入33名阈下暴食障碍女大学生和34名健康对照女大学生,通过点探测视觉任务结合眼动追踪技术采集反应时与眼动数据,并运用刺激呈现时间分割法分析注意偏向的动态变化。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。结果:阈下暴食障碍组的反应时偏向分数(0.48±0.02)低于健康对照组(0.49±0.02)( t=-2.32, P<0.05),食物线索首视点定向分数(0.65±0.10)及总注视时间偏向分数(0.64±0.11)均高于健康对照组(0.59±0.10,0.56±0.09)( t=2.81,3.18,均 P<0.05)。重复测量方差分析显示,阈下暴食障碍组在注意中期(300~2 400 ms)的注视时间偏向分数持续高于健康对照组(均 P<0.05);在注意早期(0~300 ms)与晚期(2 400~3 000 ms)的两组间比较均差异无统计学意义(均 P>0.05)。 结论:阈下暴食障碍女大学生对食物线索的注意偏向表现为早期警觉增强与中期维持延长,提示其认知调节机制存在启动延迟,为注意偏向矫正训练的时间设置提供了依据。

abstractsObjective:To explore the characteristics and dynamic changes of attentional bias towards food cues in female college students with subthreshold binge eating disorder (sBED), and to provide a basis for early screening and intervention.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted, enrolling 33 female college students with sBED(sBED group) and 34 healthy controls(healthy control group) in March 2025. Reaction time and eye movement data were collected using a dot-probe visual task combined with eye-tracking technology, and the dynamic changes of attentional bias were analyzed using the stimulus presentation time segmentation method.SPSS 26.0 software was used for data analysis.Results:The reaction time bias score of the sBED group(0.48±0.02) was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group(0.49±0.02)( t=-2.32, P<0.05), while both the first fixation orientation score for food cues(sBED group: 0.65±0.10, healthy control group: 0.59±0.10) and the total fixation time bias score(sBED group: 0.64±0.11, healthy control group: 0.56±0.09) were higher than those of the healthy control group ( t=2.81, 3.18, both P<0.05). Repeated ANOVA revealed that during the mid-attention stage(300-2 400 ms), the gaze duration bias score of the sBED group was consistently higher than that of the healthy control group(all P<0.05). However, no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups during the early(0-300 ms) or late(2 400-3 000 ms) attention stages(all P>0.05). Conclusion:Female college students with sBED exhibit attentional bias towards food cues characterized by early vigilance enhancement and mid-term maintenance prolongation. This suggests a delayed initiation of their cognitive regulatory mechanism and provides a basis for setting the stimulus duration in attentional bias modification training.
