Vein of Marshall alcohol ablation combined with catheter ablation for persistent atrial fibrillation:from bench to bedside
摘要导管消融是心房颤动(房颤)节律控制的重要方法.近年,Marshall静脉因其特殊解剖及功能在房颤尤其是持续性房颤的发生与维持中的作用不断被认识.本文就Marshall静脉和Marshall韧带的解剖学、电生理特征、Marshall静脉消融治疗持续性房颤的机制、潜在的临床问题及未来在联合导管消融治疗中可能的应用方向进行综述.
