The Value of the Combination of Ultrasound and Computed Tomography in the Diagnosis of Familial Papillary Thyroid Microcarcinoma
摘要对同一家族内3例家族性甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)患者进行回顾性分析,探讨超声联合CT诊断家族性PTMC的价值,以及PTMC家族史对预判甲状腺结节良恶性的价值.在超声和CT诊断家族性PTMC时,可将家族史这一“隐性”特征作为一项恶性指标,并加入到甲状腺影像报告与数据系统分级中,以利于进一步提高诊断率.
