摘要消化道重建是胃癌根治术中的重要环节。本文评述了全胃切除术、远端胃切除术和近端胃切除术等术式的消化道重建方式，总结了近年来开展的各种功能保留胃切除术，最后结合作者相关经验，介绍了在全胃切除术和远端胃切除术中设计的术式。

abstractsGastrointestinal reconstruction is an important step in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. This article reviews the digestive tract reconstruction methods of total gastrectomy, distal gastrectomy, and proximal gastrectomy, and summarizes various functional preservation gastrectomy techniques that have been continuously developed in recent years. Finally, based on the author′s relevant experience, the surgical methods designed in total gastrectomy and distal gastrectomy are introduced.
