摘要移植后淋巴组织增殖性疾病(post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder,PTLD)是由一组异质性淋巴细胞增殖性疾病组成的器官移植后严重并发症.EB病毒相关平滑肌肿瘤(EB virus-associated smooth muscle tumor,EBV-SMT)是与 EB 病毒感染相关的罕见肿瘤.本研究报道1例经病理证实的儿童肝移植后 PTLD 合并 EBV-SMT 的 18F-FDG PET/CT表现.
