摘要医工融合培养模式在肿瘤学研究生培养中，将医学和工程学科的知识与技术相结合，有助于肿瘤的精准诊断和治疗，促进肿瘤研究的合作与创新，同时可促进肿瘤专业复合型创新医学人才的培养与交流，推动肿瘤诊疗技术的创新和发展，提高肿瘤患者的生存率和生活质量。本文探讨了医工融合培养模式在肿瘤专业人才培养中的应用，探索“新医科”背景下培养肿瘤学专业复合型创新医学人才的医工融合思维的教学新模式。
