摘要支气管类癌属于神经内分泌源性肺部肿瘤，近年来经支气管镜介入治疗为早期中央型类癌患者提供了新的治疗选择。北京大学第一医院近年收治2例支气管类癌患者，均为早期支气管类癌，通过冻切、多点冻融等支气管镜下介入治疗方式达到治愈效果。本文结合文献对目前支气管类癌的介入治疗现状进行分析，旨在为临床医师制定个体化诊疗提供参考依据。

abstractsBronchial carcinoid tumors are pulmonary neoplasms of neuroendocrine origin. In recent years, interventional bronchoscopy has emerged as a novel therapeutic option for early-stage central carcinoids. Herein, we present two cases of early-stage bronchial carcinoid treated at Peking University First Hospital. Both patients achieved curative outcomes following bronchoscopic interventions, specifically cryoresection and multi-point cryoablation. By integrating these case experiences with a review of the literature, this article summarizes the current landscape of interventional therapy for bronchial carcinoid, aiming to provide a reference for clinicians in formulating individualized treatment strategies.
