摘要Multiple myeloma(MM),one of the most common hemato logical neoplasms worldwide,originates from malignant plasma cells in the bone marrow.MM remains an incurable disease,although continued treatment advancements have markedly increased overall survival.Many patients with MM eventually experience relapse or become treatment-refractory1.Patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma(RRMM)become progressively more challenging to manage and have poor prognosis2.
