换一批摘要The authors propose the name retroperitoneal extension type of acute necrotic pancreatitis for the condition in which a large amount of exudate containing enzymes flows into the retroperitoneal space. As illustrations the authors report 3 cases of this type in this paper. Early surgical treatment is emphasized and described in detail. In order to differentiate the clinical picture, 38 cases of necrotic pancreatitis and 27 of hemorrhagic pancreatitis are compared.
