换一批摘要To the editor:Hospital management in China has been in a transition for a long period oftime.1 There have been four major stages of development which have coincided with the major stages of hospital management development:(1) The stage of establishing civilized hospitals (1978-1984);(2) The stage of standardizing hospital management (1985-1988);(3) The stage of hospital stratified management (1989-2004);(4) The stage of comprehensive implementation of the hospital management evaluation guide (2005-).2 Each stage had its challenges and changes in hospital management,but the most changes have come since the opening and reform policy and afterward.
