换一批Anesthesia management for a patient with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis undergoing ovarian tumor resection
摘要Anti-N-Methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor (Anti-NMDA-R) encephalitis presents a series of psychiatric syndromes,including confusion,seizures,hypoventilation and autonomic nerve dysfunction.Only a few literatures about the anesthesia management for patients with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis were reported,1 it is wise to understand the development of disease and the effect of anesthetics on brain function in the presence of NMDA receptors' abnormality.Herein we reported a case of the intra-operative anesthesia management and monitoring.
