塌陷型外侧胫骨平台骨折生物力学的研究进展
Research progress in the biomechanical study of depressed lateral tibial plateau fractures
摘要塌陷型外侧胫骨平台骨折的治疗因其特有的关节面"台阶"现象使术中选择内固定及植骨的方式饱受争议。随着治疗理念及材料学科的发展,新的固定器材及植骨材料不断应用于临床,为此类骨折提供了一些新的解决方法。基于生物力学实验基础上的力学性能评价为这些固定方式的选择提供了客观依据。本文回顾了塌陷型外侧胫骨平台骨折相关的生物力学研究文献,对文献中常用的实验模型、加载方式、评价指标、不同治疗方式的比较进行了综述。

abstractsTreatment of depressed lateral tibial plateau fractures remains a great challenge for orthopedic surgeons, because its intraoperative choice of internal fixation and bone grafting is controversial due to the unique articular step-off phenomenon of the injury. However, development of therapeutic concepts and material disciplines has made new fixation devices and bone grafting materials applied in clinical practice to provide new solutions for the fractures. Evaluation of mechanical properties by biomechanical tests provides an objective basis for choice of these fixation methods. This paper reviews the biomechanical literature related to the depressed lateral tibial plateau fractures from the aspects of experimental models, loading methods, evaluation indexes and treatment methods.
