摘要目的　研究经食管超声心动图（TEE）作为影像学引导射频导管消融术时大头电极导管到位的可行性。方法　5只健康杂种犬，分别由TEE引导大头电极导管入左心和右心系统。结果　TEE引导大头电极导管到左、右心相应部位的成功率均为100%。结论　TEE可引导射频导管消融术治疗预激综合征和特发性室性心动过速时大头电极导管的顺利到位。

abstractsObjective　To investigate the feasibility of using transesophagus echocardiography as image guide during radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods　In five mongreal dogs (10～13.5 kg),the radiofrequency catheters were inserted the different sites in the heart, including left ventricular side of mitral valve and middle site of interventricular septum,right ventricular side of tricuspide and right ventricular outflow.Results　The arrival rates of the catheter in corresponding site of left and right ventricles were 100%.Conclusions　TEE could be used to guide a radiofrequency catheter to corresponding site of heart during the treatment of WPW syndrome and idiopathic ventri cular tachycardia by radiofrequency catheter ablation.
