梅尼埃病患者与组织相容性白细胞抗原-II类基因关联的研究
An association study of histocompatibility leukocyte antigen-class II with Meniere′s disease
摘要目的探讨梅尼埃病(Meniere′s disease)患者与组织相容性白细胞抗原(histocompatibility leukocyte antigen,HLA)-II类基因DRB1等位基因的关联。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers,PCR-SSP)技术。测试60例梅尼埃病患者和85名健康人对照。结果患者组HLA-DRB1*3+5+6+8基因组集团总数高于健康对照组,相对危险性为1.99,P<0.05,患者组HLA-DRB1*09明显低于健康对照组,相对危险性为0.17,P<0.01。结论梅尼埃病患者HLA-DRB1*09显著下降,提示HLA-DRB1*09可能是梅尼埃病的保护性基因。

abstractsObjective To investigate the relation between histocompatibility leukocyte antigen (HLA)-class II DRB1 and Meniere′s disease in Chinese. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP)technique was used. HLA-class II allele distribution were measured in 60 patients with Meniere′s disease, in comparison with those in 85 normal population. Result The results showed that the frequency of DRB1*09 allele was significantly lower in Meniere′s disease patients than in those of controls(relative risk=0.17,P<0.01). Conclusion HLA-DRB1*09 of the patients with Meniere′s disease was significant low. It implied that DRB1*09 may be a protective gene for Meniere′s disease.
