摘要本文叙述了一起两例事故受照人员的临床经过与剂量估算。其物理剂量 "亮" 为3.5Gy， "燕" 为2.6Gy。 "亮" 于照后80分钟开始频繁恶心呕吐（15次／前18小时），照后30天WBC降至最低值（7×10 8/L），骨髓增生重度减低。并有重度脱发和双手皮肤放射性损伤。 "燕" 于照后9天WBC降至最低值（18×10 8/L），有轻度的脱发及右手皮肤放射性损伤。治疗上采用综合治疗措施，顺利地度过了极期，步入恢复期，逐渐康复。

abstractsThis paper presents the clinical course and the estimated radiation doses of two patients who were accidentally exposed to a 60Co γ-radiator in an irradiation center in Kaifeng city, Henan Province, on May 26, 1986. The physical doses for the whole body were estimated to be 3.5 Gy for patient Liang and 2.6 Gy for patient Yan, while the biological doses estimated by chromosome aberrations were 3.0 Gy and 2.0Gy, respectively. The two cases were diagnosed as having acute radiation sickness with moderate injury of bone marrow. After undergoing a composite therapy, both of them passed through the stage of climax smoothly and recovered eventually.
