摘要国家标准《职业性放射性肿瘤判断规范》(GBZ 97-2017)已经发布,将于2017年11月1日起实施,以替代《放射性肿瘤病因判断标准》(GBZ 97-2009).本文就新标准修订背景,主要修订内容及意义,判断界限值的选择,肿瘤类型的选择做了说明;对此标准未涉及但较重要的不确定性的问题也进行了初步探讨,同时对使用者在标准使用中可能会产生的误解和疑虑也进行了说明.最后,本文对如何正确使用该标准提出了建议.

abstractsChinese national standard GBZ 97-2017 Judgment Standards for Occupational Radiogenic Neoplasms was published and will replace the current version Judgment Criteria for Cause of Radiogenic Neoplasms from November 1 in 2017. Background on which this new national standard was based, its main modifications and the necessity, choice for judgment value, choice for types of neoplasms were explained. Uncertainty of methodology not-modified in the GBZ 97-2017 was discussed. Possible misunderstood issues were explained. Finally, advices on correct application of the GBZ 97-2017 were proposed.
