食管癌术后辅助治疗的研究进展

摘要在中国,对于可切除的食管癌其主要治疗方式目前仍然是手术,但因单纯手术后局部区域复发率和远处转移率高,是造成治疗失败的主要原因.因此,术后辅助治疗能否成为食管癌术后的重要手段之一,目前仍然存在争议.本文主要就食管癌术后复发模式以及术后辅助治疗的研究进展进行综述,为临床工作提供参考.

abstractsIn China, radical esophagectomy remains the main strategy for resectable esophageal cancer. However, the high locoregional recurrence rate and hematogenous metastasis rate are the main causes of surgical failure. Therefore, whether postoperative adjuvant therapy can become one of the important means for esophageal cancer remains controversial. In this article, the research progress on the postoperative recurrent pattern and adjuvant therapy for esophageal carcinoma was reviewed to provide references for clinicians.
