Research progress on treatment strategy for elderly patients with locally advanced rectal cancer
摘要直肠癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,老年患者的比例也在不断增加.由于缺乏针对老年患者的前瞻性循证医学证据,其最佳治疗模式尚未达成共识.本文将对老年局部进展期直肠癌综合治疗策略的相关研究进行综述,为老年患者个体化治疗提供建议.

abstractsRectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,and the proportion of elderly patients is also increasing.Due to the lack of prospective evidence-based medical research for elderly patients,no consensus on the optimal treatment model has been reached.In this article,relevant researches on the comprehensive treatment strategy of locally advanced rectal cancer in the elderly patients were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for individualized treatment of elderly patients.
