摘要肿瘤定位的准确性是实现精准放射治疗的关键。器官运动是肿瘤定位的主要误差来源。不同部位肿瘤的运动类型不同,相应的管理策略也有所差异。本指南系统总结了头颈部、胸部、腹部、盆腔部的常见肿瘤疾病的器官运动来源,以及现行的运动管理方法。针对基于医用电子直线加速器开展的放射治疗,本指南依据肿瘤所处的部位差异,给出了相应的运动管理建议,旨在为已开展或即将开展放射治疗临床实践的单位提供参考的指南依据,以便正确、合理地制订器官运动管理方案,提升放疗实施的准确性,保证治疗疗效。

abstractsTumor location precision is the key of precise radiotherapy. Organ motion is the main error source of locating tumors. The tumors at different anatomic sites have various motion types. Consequently, the corresponding management strategies are diverse. This guideline systematically summarizes the motion source of tumors in head and neck, chest, abdomen, and pelvis, as well as the current motion management approaches. For the radiation treatment based on a medical linear accelerator (LINAC), this guideline provides recommendations on motion management according to the various anatomic sites of tumors, aiming to provide reference for the clinical centers where radiotherapy has been performed or will be performed. Hence, correct and reasonable organ motion management strategies can be made, thereby improving the treatment accuracy and ensuring the treatment efficacy.
