摘要环型机架直线加速器，由于其治疗速度较快、对于患者的安全性及舒适性、整体化设计等优势，获得了越来越多的关注和使用。考虑其与常规C型臂直线加速器质量保证方法的差异，由国家癌症中心/国家肿瘤性疾病医疗质量控制中心提出，多家医疗单位共同参与制定了本指南。本指南针对临床应用的环型机架直线加速器的验收、调试及日常质控方法，推荐了质控的目的、工具、方法、结果分析和容差范围，为环形机架直线加速器的质量控制提供了指导。

abstractsThe O-ring linear accelerator has gained increasing attention and usage due to its advantages such as fast treatment speed, safety and comfort for patients, and integrated design. Considering the differences in quality assurance methods between it and conventional C-arm linear accelerators, this guideline was proposed by the National Cancer Center / National Cancer Quality Control Center and jointly developed by multiple medical institutions. This guideline provides recommendations for the acceptance, commissioning, and routine quality control methods of O-ring linear accelerators used in clinical applications. It also recommends the purpose, tools, methods, result analysis methods, and tolerance ranges during the quality control process, providing guidance for the quality control plan of O-ring linear accelerators.
