摘要本文报告100例（200个）正常腕关节X线侧位片Stahl氏指数（月骨高度与宽度之比率）测量结果。结果显示，正常Stahl指数为0.57±0.054，其中男性为0.57±0.056，女性为0.57±0.052，两者比较无显著性差异（P=0.89）；左侧为0.58±0.047，右侧为0.56±0.059，两者比较则有显著性差异（P=0.032）。Stahl氏指数对月骨变形性病变，尤其是月骨缺血性坏死的早期诊断和评价其治疗方法都具有十分重要的意义。

abstractsStahl's index, the ratio of the longitudinal height of the lunate with the greatest dorso-palmar dimension, was measured on the lateralradiographs of 200 normal wrists in 100 healthy persons. The results showed that, Stahl's index in the normal person was in an average of 0.57±0.054. Stahl's index of the left wrist was 0.58± 0.047 and that of the right side was 0.56 ± 0.059; the difference was significant (P = 0.032). Stahl's index of the male group was 0.57± 0.056 and the that of the female was 0.57±0.052, the difference was no significance (p=0.89). It was suggested that the measurement of Stahl's index of the normal wrist would have some clinical significance for the early diagnosis of the diseases of lunate deformation, especially kienbock's disease.
