摘要骨质疏松症是以骨量低下、骨微结构退变、骨脆性增加、容易发生骨折为特征的代谢性疾病，多见于中老年人，尤其是绝经后女性。随着我国人口老龄化，骨质疏松症发病率呈逐渐升高趋势，骨质疏松性骨折的发生率也随之升高，给国家和社会带来沉重的负担。虽然国内外已发表了多部有关骨质疏松症及骨质疏松性骨折的防治指南，但这些指南均以药物预防为主，而运动和生活方式等非药物干预对预防骨质疏松症及骨质疏松性骨折的重要作用关注不足。中国医院协会临床新技术应用专业委员会、中华医学会骨科学分会和中国医师协会骨科医师分会组织有关专家，遴选出骨质疏松症及骨质疏松性骨折非药物干预中最为关注的10个临床问题，通过证据检索、证据体质量评价确定推荐意见方向和强度，最终形成了10条推荐意见。指南旨在加强非药物干预防治骨质疏松症及骨质疏松性骨折的规范化与标准化。

abstractsOsteoporosis is a metabolic disease characterized by low bone mass, degeneration of bone microstructure, increased bone fragility, and susceptibility to fractures. It is more common in middle-aged and elderly people, especially postmenopausal women. With the aging of the population in China, the incidence of osteoporosis is gradually increasing, and the incidence of osteoporotic fractures is also rising, which brings heavy burden to the country and society. Although a number of guidelines on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures have been published, these guidelines mainly focus on drug prevention, while non-pharmacological interventions such as exercise and lifestyle pay insufficient attention to the important role of prevention of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures. Experts from the Chinese Hospital Association Clinical Medical Technology Application Committee, Chinese Orthopaedic Association, and Chinese Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons selected the 10 most concerned clinical problems in the non-pharmacological intervention of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures. The direction and strength of recommendations were determined through evidence retrieval and evidence quality evaluation. Finally 10 recommendations were formed. The guideline aims to strengthen the standardization and normalization of non-pharmacological interventions in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures.
