摘要中华医学会肝病学分会根据已发表的证据和专家共识,制定了当前肝硬化诊治指南,旨在进一步改善临床实践.该指南不包括既往系列肝硬化并发症指南中已有的内容,对这些指南中未提及的内容和新的进展进行了补充.强调,肝硬化患者应尽早明确病因诊断,并进行并发症的评估.应尽早开始综合治疗,重视病因治疗,积极防治并发症.在治疗过程中应动态评估病情,警惕肝癌.

abstractsBased on reviews of literature and experts' consensus,the Chinese Society of Hepatology developed the following guideline on the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis aiming to improve clinical practice,In addition to what has been covered in the previously published guidelines on the management of cirrhosis complications,the guideline adds new sections and provides updates.The guidelines emphasize the early diagnosis of the cause and assessment of the complications.Comprehensive treatment including etiological treatment,and complication management should be initiated immediately.In addition,regular monitoring,especially surveillance of hepatocellular carcinoma is crucial to manage patients.
