摘要肝细胞移植被认为是一种很有希望的肝移植的替代治疗方法。虽然肝细胞移植治疗急性肝衰竭和某些遗传代谢性肝病的安全性和有效性已在多项临床试验中得到证实，但是临床肝细胞移植仍面临着诸多的问题和限制，如高质量供体器官短缺、低温保存后细胞活力降低、细胞植入和增殖率低、异体肝细胞排斥反应等。现就肝细胞移植的最新基础研究与临床应用进展进行综述。

abstractsHepatocyte transplantation is considered a promising alternative treatment to liver transplantation. Although the safety and efficacy of hepatocyte transplantation in the treatment of acute liver failure and certain inherited metabolic diseases of the liver have been validated in many clinical trials, clinical hepatocyte transplantation still faces many problems and limitations, such as a shortage of high-quality donor organs, reduced cell viability after cryopreservation, low cell implantation and proliferation rates, and allogeneic hepatocyte rejection. This article reviews the latest basic research and clinical application progress in hepatocyte transplantation.
