Observation on the effect of simulated ship shock motion on ocular injury in rabbits
摘要目的 研究舰船冲击伤中眼部损害的特点.方法 设置3个冲击加速度强度,用青紫兰兔在白行研制的模拟舰船冲击装置上进行实验,采用眼前节观察、眼底照相及荧光造影、视觉电生理、光电镜病理改变等方法,检查兔眼的损伤并对不同强度的损伤进行比较.结果 轻伤组形态学检查及电生理功能检查均未见明显异常;中伤组形态学检查未见明显异常,而电生理中的闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP)出现可逆性损害,1 d后恢复正常;重伤组形态学检查正常,但视觉电生理中F-VEP、闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)、振荡电位(OPs)均表现异常,恢复期分别为3 d、7 d、2周.结论 模拟舰船冲击伤中眼部表现为一种可逆性的功能性损害,并且随着冲击强度的增大功能性损害越加严重,所需恢复时间越长.

abstractsObjective To investigate effects of ship shock motion on ocular injury in rabbits and its main features. Methods Three levels of shock motion intensity were set for the experiment. Rabbits were used for the experiment with the ship shock motion simulator, which was developed by our lab. The eyes of the experimental animals were examined by means of inferior ocular segment observation, fundus photography, FFA, VET. Comparisons were made between groups with different shock intensity concerning the extent of injury. Results Morphological and electrophysiological examinations indicated that no significant abnormity could be noted in rabbits in the mild injury group. For animals in the moderate injury group, morphological examination did not reveal any obvious abnormity, but electrophysiological examination showed that there were reversible changes in F-VEP, which recovered 1 day later. No morphological changes could be seen in the severe injury group. However, damage to VET including F-EVP, F-ERG and OPs was severer, and recovery time was 3 d, 7d and 2 weeks respectively. Conclusions Ocular injury induced by simulated ship shock motion was functionally reversible. Greater the intensity of ship shock motion, severer the damage to the tissues involved and longer the recovery time.
