摘要目的 了解和掌握飞行人员心理健康水平并进行测评分析.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对海、陆、空3军种1 158名飞行人员进行了心理健康水平测试,并与中国军人常模比较,分析和评价飞行人员心理健康水平.结果 1 158名飞行人员除敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子分值外,SCL-90总分及其各因子分值均明显高于中国军人常模(P＜0.05);SCL-90测评症状程度分析结果显示:无症状者792名,占68.39％;有各种不同程度症状者366名,占31.6％.海、陆、空3军种飞行人员SCL-90测评结果发现:1个因子分值≥2分或总分分值≥160分者84名,占7.25％.阳性项目数≥43者34名,占2.94％;共计118名,占10.19％.经统计学处理,海军飞行人员SCL-90测评得分明显高于陆军和空军飞行人员(=2.25和2.69,P＜0.05);陆军飞行人员与空军飞行人员无明显差异(t=0.72,P＞0.05).结论 飞行人员心理健康水平低于中国军人常模;在各因子分值中,强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁居前3位,提示飞行人员心理健康受多种因素影响,包括生理、心理因素及航空环境因素等都与心理健康水平密切相关,应重视飞行人员的心理健康维护,不断提高心理健康水平.

abstractsObjective To know and analyze the mental health status of the aviators.Methods The evaluation of the mental health status of the 1 158 aviators from the Chinese navy,army and air force was made by using the Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90) and was compared with the norm of the Chinese military personnel,and then,the mental health status of the aviators was analyzed and evaluated.Results Except the scores of such factors as hostility,terror and psychoticism,the total scores of SCL-90 and the scores of various factors of the 1 158 aviators were all significantly higher than the norm of the Chinese military personnel (P ＜ 0.05).The detection results by SCL-90 showed that there were 792 aviators without symptoms,accounting for 68.39％,and there were 366 aviators with symptoms of different degrees,accounting for 31.6％.The overall SCL-90 evaluation results of the aviators from the navy,army and air force revealed that there were 84 aviators with one factor score of ≥2 or the total scores of ≥ 160,accounting for 7.25％,and there were 34 aviators with positive items of ≥43,accounting for 2.94％.As seen from the above,there were 118 in total,accounting for 10.19％.Statistical analyses showed that the one factor score of the naval aviators was significantly higher than that of the army and air force aviators (t =2.25 & 2.69,P ＜ 0.05).However,there were no obvious differences in the scores between the army and air force aviators (t =0.72,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The mental health level of the aviators was lower than that of the norm of the Chinese military personnel.The top three scores of various factors in sequence were compulsive symptoms,anxiety and depression,indicating that the mental health of the aviators was affected by many factors,including physiological,psychological and environmental factors,which were closely associated with the mental health status of the aviators.With this reason,close attention should be paid to the mental health of the aviators,so that the mental health level of the aviators could be further improved.
