航海特殊生理刺激对海军官兵晕船病易感性的影响
Effects of special physiological stimulation on the susceptibility of seasickness in naval afloat personnel
摘要目的 探讨航海特殊生理刺激对海军官兵晕船病易感性的影响.方法 采用Greybiel运动症状量表、自编一般情况调查表和特殊生理刺激反应调查表,对海军某部舰艇官兵整群抽取563人进行问卷调查,收集有效问卷537份,对数据进行统计分析.结果 方差分析显示,被调查的海军官兵对特殊生理刺激的反应程度不同,晕船病总分的差异具有统计学意义(F=15.304~33.309,均P=0.000);相关分析表明,特殊生理刺激反应与海军官兵晕船病总分存在显著正相关(r=0.227~0.332,P<0.01);多元回归分析结果显示,个体闻柴油机油味难受、身体自由下落难受、在密闭环境中难受、身体旋转难受是晕船病总分的危险因素,对海军官兵晕船病总分有一定的预测作用,能够预测晕船病总分17.7%的变异量.结论 航海特殊生理刺激是海军官兵晕船病易感性的重要影响因素.

abstractsObjective To explore the effects of special physiological stimulation on the susceptibility of seasickness in naval afloat personnel .Methods A questionnaire survey was made on 563 naval personnel of a certain unit by using cluster sampling method with Greybiel motion sickness symptoms and signs scale , the self-made general questionnaire and special physiological stimulation questionnaire .Five hundred and thirty-seven valid copies of questionnaires were retrieved , and then analyses of the obtained data were made statistically . Results Variance analysis showed that naval afloat personnel exhibited differently to special physiological stimulation.There was statistical significance in total scores of ship motion sickness for the naval afloat personnel (F =15.304 -33.309,P =0.000).Related analysis indicated that special physiological stimulation was positively correlated with the total scores of ship motion sickness (r =0.227 -0.332, P <0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that such environmental factors as diesel mist , free fall, enclosed ship cabin and rotation were main risk factors of susceptibility of seasickness .Individual tolerance to these factors could predict the occurrence of seasickness to a certain extent , and it could predict the variance of seasickness by 17.7%. Conclusions Special physiological stimulation aboard was an important factor of the susceptibility of seasickness in naval personnel .
