摘要目的:构建我军大型水面舰艇医护人员灾难医学救援能力评价指标体系，为合理训练和考评舰艇医护人员提供依据。方法:基于CO-S-TR理论模型、实地调研和Delphi法建立指标体系，采用层次分析法和重要性赋值均数法确定各级指标权重。结果:构建大型水面舰艇医护人员灾难医学救援能力评价指标体系，包含医务中心指挥人员，现场伤员集中点、临时救护站和主救护所医护人员能力评价指标4个分体系，分别下设一、二、三级指标。结论:构建的指标体系可作为我军大型水面舰艇医护人员灾难医学救援能力和训练效果的有效测评工具，为提高我军实战化训练效果提供依据。

abstractsObjective:To construct the evaluation index system of disaster medical rescue capability of medical staff of large surface ships of PLA，so as to provide a basis for reasonable training and evaluation of medical staff of warships.Methods:The index system was established based on CO-S-TR theoretical model，field investigation and research，and Delphi method，and the index weights at each level were determined by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and importance assignment mean method.Results:The evaluation index system of disaster medical rescue capability of medical staff of large surface ships has been formed，which consisted of four sub-systems：command personnel of medical centers，on-site casualty concentration spots，temporary rescue stations，and medical staff of main rescue stations. Each sub-system has first level，second level，and third level indexes，respectively.Conclusion:The index system can be used as an effective evaluation tool for disaster medical rescue capability and training outcome of medical staff of large surface ships，thus providing a basis for improving the combat-oriented training outcome of PLA.
