摘要目的:观察晕船对机体代谢的影响。方法:以35名海军舰艇部队官兵为研究对象,远航发生风浪后分为晕船组和非晕船组,测定风浪发生后第1天和第4天血清尿素、肌酐、尿酸以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶的变化。结果:风浪后第1天晕船组较非晕船组血清尿素[(6.81±1.09)mmol/L vs.(5.85±0.83)mmol/L]、肌酐[(85.38±10.53)μmol/L vs.(77.85±6.50)μmol/L]、尿酸[(447.85±51.88)μmol/L vs.(381.00±50.69)μmol/L]明显上升( P<0.05);晕船组风浪后第4天较第1天血清尿素、肌酐、尿酸明显下降[(5.99±1.30)mmol/L vs.(6.81±1.09)mmol/L、(78.15±11.89)mmol/L vs.(85.38±10.53)mmol/L、(358.38±77.70)μmol/L vs.(447.85±51.88)μmol/L]( P<0.01);晕船组风浪后第4天较第1天血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶明显下降( P<0.05);风浪后第1天晕船组较非晕船组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶无明显差异(均 P>0.05)。 结论:晕船对机体代谢指标有明显影响,表现为晕船开始时血清尿素、肌酐、尿酸明显上升,3 d后明显降低;血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶在晕船开始时无明显变化,3 d后明显下降;血清尿素和尿酸是影响晕船代谢的主要指标,晕船对血清胆红素、羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶无明显影响。

The urea,creatinine,uric acid,alanine transaminase,alkaline phosphatase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,lactic dehydrogenase,and amylase in the serum were detected on the first day and forth day after entering the rough sea,and the changes were compared and analyzed.Results:On the first day after entering the rough sea,the urea[(6.81 ± 1.09)mmol/L vs.(5.85 ± 0.83)mmol/L],creatinine[(85.38 ± 10.53)μmol/L vs.(77.85 ± 6.50)μmol/L],and uric acid[(447.85 ± 51.88)μmol/L vs.(381.00 ± 50.69)μmol/L]in the seasickness group were significantly higher than those in the non-seasickness group( P<0.05);in the seasickness group,the urea,creatinine,and uric acid[(5.99 ± 1.30)mmol/L vs.(6.81 ± 1.09)mmol/L、(78.15 ± 11.89)mmol/L vs.(85.38 ± 10.53)mmol/L,(358.38 ± 77.70)μmol/L vs.(447.85 ± 51.88)μmol/L]on the fourth day were significantly lower than those on the first day( P<0.01),while the alanine transaminase and alkaline phosphatase on the fourth day were significantly lower than those on the first day. There was no significant difference in total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,lactic dehydrogenase,and amylase between the seasickness group and the non-seasickness group on the first day after entering the rough sea. Conclusion:Seasickness can significantly impact metabolic indicators of the body. Upon the onset of seasickness,the serum urea,creatinine,and uric acid significantly increased,but significantly decreased three days later. There was no significant change of alanine transaminase and alkaline phosphatase at the onset of seasickness,but these indicators decreased significantly after three days. Serum urea and uric acid are the main indicators of the impact of seasickness on metabolism;and seasickness has no significant effect on serum bilirubin,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,lactic dehydrogenase,and amylase.
